Love this, and hope all your readers are taking you up on the invitation to evolve! And thank you for the framing around the Integrator's path, that really resonates. I would submit that a secondary, if not the primary, challenge for Integrator's is how to articulate their "value proposition" to the market. Not everyone can be like John von Neumann, who was paid by the RAND Corporation for the thoughts and ideas that came to him while shaving :-)

Thanks Astrid! I resonate with that challenge for Integrators. I feel like it's something sitting with right now actually. I had to look up that story of von Neumann - if only :) There is something about the current paradigm of work that fails to recognize the value of insights and ideas that happen in the shower, while walking, (or shaving).

As an integrator, married to an integrator, who mostly works with integrators, I so agree about the value proposition challenge.

It’s a challenge that can be frustrating, but I am taking the perspective that having a curious, relational approach to finding the effective value proposition is an important rite of passage that calls for deep development and ultimately brings a lot of strength and clarity.
