Great to learn about your digital wellness routines and tools you use! I also start each morning with meditation and physical journal writing before checking any technology. Something I think I can be more intentional about is my technology use in the evenings

I've found in my own experience and with others that the morning is easier to start off with intention and the evening is where things start to slip. The sense of completion and declaring it ourselves rather than getting sucked into the digital spiral is super important!
